What you will need:
a. Tours Index Spreadsheet
b. Tours Content Folder > Find the first batch of tours for content entry highlighted with red)
c. Login to the Website > Use your login credentials that you have been provided with.
Step 1 – Open the Tour Content Page:
- Open the Tour Info Spreadsheet
- Inside the Website Dashboard > Tours > All Tours (english version first)
- Hover over one tour > Edit
Step 2 – Title & URL permalink:
- Use dashes for permalinks (ex. thessaloniki-suburban-mtb-trails)
Step 3 – Tour Category-Age-Destination-Interest-Duration:
- Multiple choice available
- Check Tour Category > Featured for all tours that will appear on homepage’s first grid (9 featured tours available)
- Note: In case some category of the above is not available, you can easily add it from the ‘Add New Category’ link available underneath each category box.
- Press Update on top right
Step 4 – SEO
Step 5 – TOUR SETTINGS > BOOKING FORM
- Edit the Custom Enquiry Form Fields using shortcodes:
- ex. in the shortcode below edit/change only the data inside options code)
- Press Update on top right
Step 6 – TOUR SETTINGS > TOUR PRICE TEXT
- Edit the price in the Tour Price Field
- Press Update on top right
Step 7 – TOUR SETTINGS > TOUR CARD INFO
- Edit the Custom Excerpt using shortcodes:
- ex. in the shortcode below edit/change only the data at the end of each [shortcode] ):
- Press Update on top right
Step 8 – TABBED CONTENT
- Hover on the Tab and Click on the edit icon at the right
- Select each Tab from the menu and edit its content accordingly
- Press Save Options
- Press Update
Step 9 – CONTENT IN GERMAN
- On the Dashboard > Top Bar > Select German from the Language Switch
- Repeat steps 1-8 above
